Janet Kelley maintains a large portion of the financial responsibilities of the business while also overseeing operations and travel arrangements for expo’s and such. Janet’s duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions and has been with the company since its inception in 2003. Aside from working for THS, Janet works as a teacher’s assistant and can be found gardening or cooking.
